Non-Discrimination Policy

The District is committed to maintaining a learning environment in which all individuals are treated with dignity and respect, free from discrimination and harassment as described herein. The District shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, religion, height, weight, marital or family status, pregnancy status, disability, military status, genetic information, or any other legally protected category in its programs and activities. 

 

Any questions concerning Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color or national origin, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, or Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, should be directed to:
