This is a final reminder to all Northville Public Schools families with children entering Preschool, Kindergarten and Seventh Grade, as well as any families NEW to our schools for the 2018-19 school year, that your child's Immunization record must be current and on file at your child's school or a signed waiver provided to the school, in order for your child to participate in the first day of school on Tuesday, September 4, 2018. Your child will not be allowed to attend school until his or her up-to-date immunization record or signed waiver is turned in at the school office.
See the attached documents for information regarding the immunizations required by the State of Michigan at different grade levels in order for students to attend school, as well as the process for applying for a waiver from your county Health Department.
