Dear Northville Public Schools community,
We hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving break! As a reminder, Wednesday, November 27, 2019 is a half-day of school for all students, with school/district offices closing one hour earlier than a typical day. All Northville Public Schools’ offices will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29, 2019.
We at Northville Public Schools have much to be grateful for, including our innovative and compassionate teachers and staff who strive to open a World of Possibilities for and with each of our students; our incredible school families and community members who value the education of our young people in both words and actions; and, most importantly, our more than 7,400 students who come to school each day ready to learn and be an active part of our learning community. Their voices are an integral part of the learning process, and to our ongoing growth and success as a community.
Please take a moment to view the latest Northville Connections: the Northville Public Schools digital newsletter and read about with news about important issues impacting Northville Public Schools, as well as items celebrating some of the incredible work of our students, teachers and staff every day in our classrooms and across our community.
We are grateful for your continued support of Northville Public Schools. Whether you stay home or travel near or far, we wish you a safe and joyful Thanksgiving weekend, the gift of gratitude, and time with family and friends to rest, relax and rejuvenate.
Mary K. Gallagher
