Goal Statement: Northville Public Schools will align curriculum, assessment, and programming to ensure all learners are equitably supported.

First Year Objectives

First Year Objectives

To ensure a guaranteed and viable curriculum, 100% of K-12 Core Classes will complete a curriculum audit, resulting in fully updated and publicly accessible curriculum maps in Atlas by spring 2027, with yearly reviews to ensure ongoing alignment.
Initiate a balanced assessment system, 100% of core course teams will design and administer at least one common assessment, documenting results to identify achievement gaps across student subgroups.
Build instructional capacity, 100% of core educators will participate in professional learning on Data-Driven Dialogue, subsequently applying these protocols in future team meetings to adjust instruction based on common assessment outcomes.

In an effort to streamline and coordinate clear and effective communication, the communications department will conduct an inventory of our apps, communication tools, and programs utilized in the district.
Using the data collected, the communications team will develop a streamlined communications schedule and structure, utilizing aligned tools to engage our constituents.
