MICIP
Northville Public Schools (NPS) uses two distinct, yet cohesive, frameworks to guide its continuous improvement efforts.
Michigan Integrated Continuous Improvement Process (MICIP)
MICIP is a continuously updated process required by the Michigan Department of Education (MDE). Its primary focus is on educational improvement, such as our current goals for Critical Thinking and Self-Awareness & Self-Management.
Strategic Planning
This process is updated less frequently and is locally directed by the School Board. It has a broader scope that encompasses academics, operations, communications, and the overall future vision for the district.
