Dear Northville Schools Community,

I hope you are all enjoying a wonderful, restful summer! While our hallways have been quiet, the anticipation for the upcoming school year is already building. It is my absolute pleasure to welcome you back for another incredible year at Northville Public Schools.

Every fall brings a sense of renewed promise, and this year is particularly special as we launch two pivotal initiatives that will shape our district's future:

• Strategic Planning: We are diving into our first phase of our strategic plan, aligning our goals to elevate academic excellence and ensure our students are prepared to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
• Facilities Master Planning: To support our educational vision, we are critically evaluating our physical spaces. This planning ensures our schools remain safe, modern, innovative, and equipped to foster student collaboration.

These are community-driven processes, and we look forward to partnering with you in the coming months to gather your feedback and chart this exciting path forward.

Thank you for your continued dedication to our students. Enjoy the remaining weeks of summer - we cannot wait to welcome everyone back soon!

Be Well,

Dr. RJ Webber
