In the event of inclement weather or mechanical failure, the decision to cancel school for the day will be made as soon as possible prior to 7:00 am.

All announcements regarding school closings, bus delays, emergencies, etc. are made on the following television stations: Fox 2 News, WDIV/TV 4, WXYZ—Channel 7 and radio stations—WWJ Newsradio 950, 95.5, 106.7, 100.3, 1130 AM  and WJR.
